What to bring
- Photo ID
- Your dental insurance card, if you have one
- A list of any medications you take
- For children: a parent or guardian

- A conversation about why you're here
- An exam and any needed images
- Clear explanations of what we find
- A plan discussed with you before treatment

- Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Every Other Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Other days: call for availability

Insurance and payment
We accept most insurance plans, and all State & Government insurance plans are welcome. If you're not sure what your plan covers, call (517) 349-0907 and we'll help you sort it out before your appointment.
